Terms of Service
Last updated 30 September 2026
Yniro is in pre-launch. The operator's legal name, address, registration number and support address will be added here before public launch. This page has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
These terms explain how Yniro works and what you and we agree to when you use it.
1. Who can use Yniro
Yniro is for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use the service. By creating an account you confirm that you are.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give a real email address you can access. New accounts must verify their email before creating or buying.
- One person per account. Accounts, credits and plans can't be sold or transferred.
3. AI-generated content
Yniro uses third-party AI models to turn your prompts and images into new images and videos. AI output can be unexpected, inaccurate or similar to other people's output. We do not guarantee that any output is unique, accurate, fit for a particular purpose, protectable by copyright, or free from third-party rights.
You are responsible for how you use what you create, including checking it before you publish or sell it.
4. Your prompts and uploads
You may upload reference images and write prompts. Only submit material you own or have permission to use, and that does not break our Acceptable Use Policy.
Reference images are used only for the creation you start with them. Unused reference uploads are removed automatically after about 24 hours.
5. Ownership and the permission you give us
You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and images you submit. Yniro does not claim ownership of your uploads or creations.
You give Yniro a limited permission to store, process and send your content to the AI and infrastructure providers we use, and to show it back to you — only as needed to run the service for you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we must keep a record for a reason described in our Privacy Policy.
Yniro does not use your private prompts, uploads or creations to train its own AI models.
6. Credits
- Each creation costs a set number of credits, shown before you start it.
- Credits are not money. They can't be exchanged for cash, refunded as cash or transferred to another user.
- New accounts receive a small number of welcome credits.
- When you create something, credits that expire soonest are used first. Credits that never expire are used last.
7. Subscriptions and recurring billing
- Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Monthly credits (Starter 400, Creator 900, Pro 2,000) are added only after the payment for that period has actually succeeded — not when checkout is opened or completed in the browser.
- Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing period they were paid for.
- Cancelling: your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Credits you already received stay usable until they expire.
- Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, no new monthly credits are added. Your plan may end if the payment isn't completed.
- Upgrading: takes effect straight away. You may receive extra credits in proportion to the upgrade amount Stripe actually charged for the rest of the period.
- Downgrading: is scheduled for the start of your next billing period.
8. Credit top-ups
Credit packs (200, 550 or 1,300 credits) are separate one-time purchases. Credits are added once Stripe confirms the payment. Purchased top-up credits currently do not expire.
9. Failed creations and refunds
If a creation fails because of a technical problem on our side or our provider's, the credits for it are returned automatically according to our system's rules. Credits are not returned simply because you don't like a result, or when you delete a finished creation.
Money refunds and any statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases will be set out here before public launch. This part of the terms is still under legal review.
10. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It allows broad adult creative work and forbids clearly harmful uses.
11. Service availability
We work to keep Yniro running, but the service and the AI models behind it may be slow, change or be unavailable at times. Features, models and prices may change; we'll tell you before changes to prices you pay.
12. Suspension and termination
For serious or repeated breaches of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy we may block a creation, restrict features, or suspend or close an account. We aim to act in proportion to what happened. Records needed for payments, security or legal reasons are kept even if an account is suspended.
13. Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account from Settings. Your creations, uploads, prompts and account details are deleted. Active subscriptions must end first, so you're never charged for an account that no longer exists. Limited payment records are kept as explained in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
15. Contact
Contact details for Yniro will be published here before launch. Until then, contact is not yet available through this page.
