Privacy Policy

• Account: your email address, a securely stored password (we never see it in plain text), email-verification status and sign-in times.
• Profile: the display name you choose.
• Creations: your prompts, reference images you upload, and the images and videos generated for you.
• Creation details: type, settings, status, timing, which AI provider and model handled it, its credit cost and our estimated provider cost.
• Credits: a history of credits added, spent, expired and returned.
• Billing: your plan, subscription status and dates, and references to your Stripe customer, subscription, invoices and payments, plus the amount and currency of credit-pack purchases. Card details are handled by Stripe; Yniro never receives or stores them.
• Technical and security records: server and error logs, and records used to prevent abuse and keep creations reliable.

• To create your account, sign you in and verify your email.
• To make your images and videos and show them back to you.
• To keep your credit balance and handle subscriptions and purchases.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents, and to fix problems.
• To answer support requests.
• To understand overall usage from our own data, in totals. We don't use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

We rely on these providers, who process data on our behalf:

• AI generation (fal.ai): receives your prompt and any reference image for the creation you start, and returns the result.
• Payments (Stripe): handles checkout, cards, invoices and your subscription.
• Hosting, database, file storage and sign-in: our cloud infrastructure provider.

Yniro does not use your private prompts, uploads or creations to train its own AI models. Each provider handles data under its own terms; we are still confirming their retention and training terms and will describe them here before launch.

• Your creations stay in your library while your account exists, until you delete them.
• Deleting a creation removes its image or video file. A minimal record without the prompt remains so your credit history stays correct.
• Reference images that aren't used are removed automatically after about 24 hours.
• Deleting your account removes your account, profile, prompts, creations, uploads and credit history.
• We keep only what we need for payment, refund, accounting, fraud or security reasons: Stripe references and payment amounts, without your email, name, prompts or media. How long these must be kept will be confirmed before launch.

Yniro stores only your sign-in session in your browser, which is needed to keep you logged in. We don't use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

You can change your display name, delete creations and delete your account in the app. For other requests about your data, use the contact details below once published.

Your files are private: only you can open them, through short-lived links. Access to data is restricted at the database level.
