Acceptable Use Policy

Yniro is an adult service built for broad creative work. Fantasy, action, horror, dark themes, parody, fictional violence, artistic nudity, depictions of public figures and historical, journalistic or artistic subjects are not forbidden just because they are mature. This policy targets clearly harmful uses.

No sexual content involving minors in any form: child sexual abuse material, sexualisation of minors, or sexualisation of anyone presented as a minor, whether real or fictional. We report such material where the law requires.

No intimate or sexual images or videos of real people without their consent, including sexual deepfakes.

No identity theft, phishing, extortion, or impersonation meant to deceive people into harm or to defraud them. Clearly labelled parody and satire are fine.

No content that materially helps serious crime, and no terrorist propaganda or recruitment material or similar serious abuse.

No credible threats, targeted harassment of real people, or abusive, dehumanising content aimed at people because of protected characteristics such as ethnicity, religion, disability, gender or sexual orientation.

No doxxing, extortion, or malicious exposure or misuse of someone's highly sensitive personal information.

No deliberate infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights, or other people's rights — including uploading material you have no right to use.

• No bypassing safety controls, rate limits or access controls.
• No manipulating credits, payments or other users' accounts.
• No unauthorised automation, scraping or attacks on the service.

Automatic checks may block some prompts before anything is charged. For serious or repeated violations we may block creations, restrict features, or suspend or close the account. We aim to act in proportion to what happened. Records needed for payments, security or legal reasons are kept.

Automatic checks can't catch everything, and passing them does not mean content is allowed.
